Well, as if yesterday’s update about Rush Limbaugh’s experience with e-cigarettes didn’t draw enough attention to our website, we’ve got an update today that will certainly make the customers of V2 Cigs happy. We’re happy to be among the first vapor cigarette news sources to report that V2 Cigs has a couple new products that are officially for sale as of today.
V2 Cigs brand, which we review here, has launched a limited edition of two flavor cartridges: Grape and Mint Tea.
A sneak peak of the new packaging and cartridge photos can be seen on the left. As far as the industry is concerned, this is nothing earth shattering, Grape is offered by other e-cigarette brands, but Mint Tea is certainly an appealing, sexy update that is described by V2 as “bursting with refreshing mint” and offers “soothing herbal properties of green tea.”
Both of the cartridges are offered in the entire line of strengths V2Cigs offers: 0, 6, 12, and 18 mg.
Both of these cartridges are currently listed for sale in the “Limited Edition” section of their website, although at the time of writing this story, there is a banner announcing their existence on the home page.
We’ll be sure to get our hands on both flavors and offer full reviews of each. As stated, other e-cig brands do offer Grape flavors, but this Mint Tea cartridge flavor certainly has us curious. Will this taste like a mojito? (V2Cigs IS a Miami-based brand, you know.) Or will it have that flavor that Nestea Cool offers, that was so popular in the 90′s? Our guess is that it’s a good mix of both tastes and be a smash hit for V2 Cigs.
What’s going to happen next in the e-cigarette industry? Only time will tell, but we’re open for any predictions that you may have.

Electronic Cigarette Bans: Rush Limbaugh Steps up to the Mic

“They should be hailed and applauded.” -Rush Limbaugh (on e-cigarettes.)
This is a topic that will certainly draw the ire of many people. Rush Limbaugh, all on his own, is a polarizing figure that people love, or to take the other side of that equation – love to hate. Anything Limbaugh says has a microscope on it, and this latest segment has Rush weighing in on potential e-cigarette bans being discussed in various States.
In the video, Rush shares experiences he has had with electronic cigarettes, including a time when he pulled out an e-cigarette in an elevator and “freaked people out.” An electronic cigarette user, Rush is a huge supporter of a pro-e-cigarette society.
Why shouldn’t he be excited about e-cigarettes?
E-cigarettes should NOT be banned, they are perhaps the greatest invention for our environment of our lifetime.
In a latter part of the segment, Rush discusses his experience in a restaurant where he is told to quit smoking. After telling the restaurant General Manager that it’s an e-cigarette, he goes on smoking and enjoying puffing the water vapor cigarette – only to have him come back to say that someone in the restaurant has a problem with the “example that smoking gives to children.”
This is a great listen about real life experiences of a famous person using an e-cigarette in public. Whether you like or dislike the opinions of Rush Limbaugh, this is a great story about smoking electronically in public areas and the misunderstandings that often happen when people don’t understand how electronic cigarettes work.

So Alexa.com rates V2 Cigs as the most popular e-cigarette brand in the world…..this made it an easy choice as one of the brands we decided to start using and delve into as we create a virtual electronic cigarette encyclopedia.
When the brand launched it’s new packaging in April, we made a new order to really put the V2 Cigs brand to the test. After a month or so of having time to conjure up a three person V2 Cigs Review, we decided it was time to put it out there for the public to see. First off, it’s important to tell you that we ordered the fully customizable V2 Cigs Ultimate Kit. This kit is entirely custom, meaning you can select various items like cartomizers, (V2 Cigs cartridges) e-cigarette battery style, size, and color, and even the type of PCC (personal charging case) – all online. V2 let’s you oversee the entire process on their website. So, you really do build it in front of your eyes. One of our testers compared this to NikeID.com, which lets you custom-design Nike-branded products like shoes and apparel right before your eyes.
To our amazement, when the box showed up it was put together in a very professional manner. Everything was neatly packed and each item had it’s own slot in the neat packaging. This isn’t a cookie-cutter box we got in the mail with some stuff jammed in it – this V2 Cigs Ultimate Starter Kit lives up to every bit of the word Ultimate. It’s apparently up for some packaging awards in New York, which doesn’t surprise us. It’s very impressive.
Enough about packaging – did V2 Cigs work for us?
V2 Cigs brand has some serious technology. The vapor thickness was on par – or let us re-phrase that – BETTER than every other e-cigarette we’ve had to date. As expected, the Power Cig and manual push-button 0ptions created the most vapor in our experience. this echoes the technology of every other brand out there, so it wasn’t much of a surprise to experience the same thing with V2.

V2 cigs separates itself from the rest of the e-cig pack with a slim, sleek PCC. This is a unique item that charges your batteries on the go and looks like an iPhone. No joke – here is a comparison of the two products side-by-side. The V2 Cigs PCC is engineered very well, all the way from it’s look to it’s performance capabilities. Everyone noted that this was the PCC of choice after trying multiple versions of this accessory on the market from other electronic cigarette brands.
V2 Cigs Reviews by others we read online were spot on. The way V2 Cigs has approached the electronic cigarette industry mimics the way Apple approaches computers and electronic devices: build a superior product and expand on it as new technology evolves.
V2 Cigs has updated their batteries, components, and packaging twice in their short history in the electronic cigarette industry, which shows they aren’t afraid to spend some money on R & D. That’s a great sign, because this rapidly evolving industry needs someone to take the lead and pave the road for others to follow.
V2 Cigs also had very tasty cartridges. None of them leaked or had any defects when we received them. We used the “Red” and “Menthol” flavors, but for anyone curious as to what V2′s refill cartridges are offered, you can check out the entire offering below.

The names sort of make some presumptions, but we’d rather speak from experience instead of just saying “hey the Sahara tastes like Camel brand.”
All in all, we fell in love with V2 Cigs. Everything from the core of the product, the battery – to the cartridges to the packaging and the entire way our order went through the system – we were thoroughly impressed with V2 Cigs brand.
In what will certainly be our first of many e-cigarette brand reviews, we’re happy to give V2 Cigs two thumbs way up.

E-cigs are showing up in many retail locations and rapidly becoming a staple in society. Coupled with the many ways smoking can kill you, people are finding that e-cigs are proving to be worth their weight in gold. We’re all about shedding light on the industry and bringing more attention to e-cigarettes because honestly, we can’t stand second hand smoke and can’t stand the litter, waste, and trash that tobacco products create.
