White Cloud Electronic cigarettes seemed to me like a laid back, information-rich brand that just let customers naturally come to them. I wasn’t bombarded with the normal “hey please review my brand!” type emails that I usually get from attention-seeking e-cig companies. Instead, I was intrigued with the high price point and variety of cartridge flavors offered by White Cloud E-Cigs and figured I’d reach out to them and see what it’s all about. I remember that one time my electronic cigarette refused to turn on and after going through the entire manual, I was still not able to fix the problem. I found the number for customer support and immediately gave them a call.
